Dynamic Pricing: As a platform, 1stKICKS’s prices are subject to change. The final price will be calculated at checkout. We do not offer a Best Price Guarantee or Price Matching policy.
Order Placement
Order Availability: All orders are subject to availability, and items in your cart are not reserved. To complete an online purchase, you must provide your full name, phone number, email address, and any other requested information.
Cancellation Rights: We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:
- The product is not available/in stock
- Billing information is incorrect or unverifiable
- The order is flagged as unusual or susceptible to fraud
- Payment is not received within 7 days after order placement
- There was a pricing error on the site
- We cannot deliver to the provided address
- Events beyond our control
- Misspellings, pricing errors, or other mistakes on 1stKICKS.COM
Order Amendments: Order details cannot be changed after placement. However, customers may request a cancellation before the order is shipped. Our customer service team will attempt to cancel your order upon request.
Cancellation Policy:Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. If approved, all fees will be refunded and you will receive an email confirmation. If cancellation is not possible, the order will proceed as normal.
Processing Time
Variability: Order processing times may vary due to size selection, seller fulfillment, and quality control. A tracking number is usually provided within 72 hours.
Cancellations
Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled before shipping, but cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Please contact us for any cancellation request.
Returns
Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item(s) is in original condition with 1stKICKS tags attached.
Refund Policy: A full refund will be issued upon successful return. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and our team will provide a return address upon return confirmation.
Return Agreements: Once a return is agreed upon, no further amendments will be accepted. Please contact us before returning any product.
Size Exchange
Eligibility: Size exchanges are available if the item(s) is unused and with 1stKICKS tags attached. Each order is eligible for one exchange.
Exchange Requests: Requests for size exchange must be made within 7 days of delivery and are subject to availability. The reason for the exchange and the desired size are required when contacting us.
Shipping and Charges: The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees (return & reship) and any additional charges, such as price differences between sizes and sales tax (if applicable). The return address will be provided upon exchange confirmation by our team.
Unacceptable Return/Exchange Circumstances:
We cannot process returns or exchanges if:
- Products do not meet the “7-day Returns/Exchange” criteria
- Products have been improperly used or damaged
- Products have loose threads, cracks, or color fading due to display
- Products have an unclean appearance
- Non-1stKICKS products (missing Quality Control tag)
- Products on sale or involved in campaign activities (defect & quality issue items excluded)
- There is damage to the outer packaging or products at the time of delivery
Import Duty
DDU Basis: We ship to most countries on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning prices do not include taxes and duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Customs and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Contact your local customs office for more information.
Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. We will not be liable for any breach of these laws by you.
Non-Refundability: Sales tax and customs duties are non-refundable.
Delivery
Shipping Address Changes: The address can be changed before shipment. After shipment, it depends on the order status. If the change fails, the order will proceed as usual.
Carriers and Signatures: Deliveries are made by contracted third-party carriers. Some carriers may require a signature upon delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen events.
Completed Transactions: Once the package is handed over to the logistic provider, the order is considered a completed transaction. 1stKICKS is not responsible for package loss or damage due to courier mishandling. We will assist with filing a claim, but compensation will be subject to the courier’s determination.
Compliance Responsibility: You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. We will not be liable for any breach of these laws by you.
Risk and Fraud Control
Customer Information Request: We may request customer information related to abnormal payment activities that may involve scams or misuse of personal information. This is to protect the credit card owner and sellers from fraud. If customers refuse to provide the required information, we reserve the right to cancel the order. 1stKICKS also reserves the right to cancel any order without notice if payment information is involved in abnormal activities.

This is limited to foreseeable losses at the time of order acceptance.
